Real estate investing is not about buying, selling, or renting homes. It’s about helping people solve their real estate problems.

We’re continually told the importance of working outside the box. For real estate investors, this advice couldn’t be more wrong! The first thing you’ll learn from Bill Cook is why this advice is false…is there even a box? Do you want to achieve financial freedom? Then don’t go out looking for deals. Instead, go out looking for problems to solve and people to help. What questions do you ask when you meet with a seller? Do you know how to creatively structure and fund a written offer that is tailor-made to solve that particular person’s real estate problem? Bill will lay out real life deal profiles to illustrate his creative investing strategies.

Join us to have your questions answered and understand some of Bill’s strongest strategies, such as:

  • How to implement structure stacking into your real estate toolbox?
  • Which deal structuring tools should you sharpen for today’s real estate climate?
  • Why is now the most important time to fill your toolbox?
  • What questions should you ask sellers to creatively structure your deals?
  •  Is door knocking still a strong tool after the pandemic forced less face-to-face interaction?
  • Which documents should be used to memorialize your deal structures?
  • How can you fund deals without institutional financing?
  • Why should you focus on the deal after the deal?

Prior to Bill’s presentation, we start off with our famous Market Update presentation with Jerry Ryan, a few words from our valued Sponsors, and the “Haves and Wants” segment.

ABOUT BILL COOK - Bill Cook and his wife Kim creatively constructed their first deal in 1990, and they’ve been helping other investors do the same since 1997. Their investment portfolio consists of single-family rental homes, mobile homes, a small mobile home park, plus notes and options. They’ve built their business square on the back of knocking on sellers’ doors. Their core belief is that real estate investing is not about buying, selling, or renting houses. It’s about helping people solve their real estate problems.
