SECURITY POLICY
This Security Policy describes the security practices of NSDREI Association, Inc. and its affiliates. We are strongly committed to protecting the security of all transactions as well as member and affiliate information. NSDREI takes every precaution to protect our customer's information. When customers submit sensitive information via the website, that information is protected. When a form on our site asks customers to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry -- SSL. Furthermore, our credit card processing is done via a third-party process service, AffiniPay, which is equally committed to privacy and security and maintains Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards or PCI DSS for all NSDREI authorized transactions. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect customer-information off-line. All of our customer information, is restricted in our offices. Only management and professional service representatives who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our treasurer or our administrator) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
