is a San Diego-based entrepreneur, real estate investor, and CEO of Lifting Mountains Capital. From a challenging childhood marked by homelessness to a top entrepreneur in San Diego, Richard built a career on resilience, education, and relentless determination. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in aerospace engineering and physics, as well as an MBA, and began his professional career designing unmanned aircraft for Northrop Grumman.
Since 2009, he has been actively investing in and transforming residential real estate and small multifamily properties across San Diego County, combining disciplined returns with community-focused improvements. Richard is also an innovator, developing patented technology to improve online real estate search and transparency.
A passionate philanthropist, he supports foster youth and local community initiatives, living by the principle that responsible action today creates a better tomorrow.
