He spent much of his early career in Silicon Valley (California), where he held management positions at several Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft and eBay. With over $150M in property transactions across the U.S., J brings a wealth of experience. He’s the co-host of the popular Drunk Real Estate podcast and the author of five best-selling real estate books, including The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs, with over 500,000 copies sold.
Formerly the host of the BiggerPockets Business Podcast, J has mentored thousands of investors worldwide and serves as a strategic advisor to several PropTech startups. He’s also co-founder of Apartment Addicts, helping multifamily investors reach their goals.
