Rich Rice - After overcoming personal setbacks and starting fresh in his early 30s, Rich has completed over 150 property flips, owns 19 rental units, and leads three successful companies in Southern California. With a passion for guiding others toward financial independence through real estate, he invites you to follow his journey and stay inspired.

Andrew Greer – Over the past decade, Andrew's real estate career has evolved from flipping properties to developing apartment buildings and building a portfolio of rental properties. From pioneering one of the first Small Lot Subdivisions in the City of San Diego to leading the first private, non-subsidized housing development in National City, Andrew, alongside his partners, has completed a series of innovative and profitable projects.
