It’s officially sponsorship renewal season, and as one of our current sponsors, you’ve got first dibs to lock in your spot for 2025/2026 before we open it up to the waitlist on June 1.
Here's what you need to do:
- Review the sponsorship form you received in your email.
- Choose one of the 3 easy renewal options listed there, or go ahead and renew right here, right now.
- Submit your completed form + payment by May 31 to lock in early access.
Reminder: Your placement on the sponsor banner, website, and promos will be based on when your full package is received—so the sooner, the better.

SPONSORSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Cost: $1,750 per year, payment due by 6/15/25 for
Sponsorship Term: 7/1/2025 through 6/30/2026.
- Sponsorship can be revoked for any reason, at any time. In such an event, a prorated portion of your sponsorship will be returned and all benefits will cease.
- If payment is received without the signed agreement form, your payment will be considered your agreement to these terms. If you are a renewing Sponsor, your current information on file will be used on all promotional materials.
