About the Speakers
Daniel Alvarez — Investor & Flipper
Owner, Good Deposits. Man of faith and family. 20+ years of investing experience. 13 active projects, a 29-door portfolio in Louisville, Kentucky, and $15M+ currently in motion through fox-and- flip and buy-and-hold investments. Previously helped complete 50+ flips in one year.
Matt Davies — Agent, Investor & Developer
Longtime San Diego real estate agent, investor, and developer. Owns rentals locally, stays active in the market, and brings deep relationships plus strong on-the- ground insight into what's happening across San Diego real estate.
Dan Maurer — Wholesaler, Flipper & Realtor
Runs an active San Diego operation focused on wholesaling flipping, and brokerage. Known for practical deal flow insight lean execution, and a direct pulse on what's working right now for active investors.
Neil Dutta — Private Lender
Founder of ARV Finance, San Diego's largest private lender. Spent 15 years as an active operator before moving to the capital side. Former President of Apollo Realty Investments. where he completed hundreds of renovations across fix-and-flip multifamily, and ground-up projects.
