Rent the Rooms.
Multiply The Cash Flow!
The Real-World Rent-Your-House-Out by the Room Strategy
with panelists
Ernest Alexander, Tony Amigleo, & Kim Russ
Hear from REAL Southern California investors using the Co-Living (rent-by-the-room) strategy to generate cash flow right now.
Co-Living (renting by the room) is a modern rental model where investors rent furnished bedrooms in a single-family home to multiple vetted tenants-creating higher income, stronger cash flow, and lower vacancy.
A few topics Ward will cover:
- How real investors are using Co-Living to increase cash flow
- Co-Living vs. traditional rentals & house hacking
- Challenges in Co-Living and how to overcome them
- The real numbers: income, expenses & returns
- What it takes to scale and build a long-term business
- Where the Co-Living opportunity is headed
Prior to the presentation, we’ll start off with our famous Market Update presentation with Jerry Ryan, a few words from our Valued Sponsors, and the “Haves and Wants” segment.
